Where We Deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to international destinations at this time.
Delivery Method & Timescales
Items ship within 1–3 business days via our fulfilment partner. UK delivery typically 5–14 business days.

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders — see the current threshold shown at the top of the page.
Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may cancel within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason. If your order is split across multiple deliveries, the cancellation period begins on the day after you receive the final item.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, notify us by email before the cancellation period expires. Please include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will acknowledge your cancellation by return.
Returning goods after cancellation
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Please contact us for the return address before sending anything back.
Pack items securely — ideally in their original packaging — and use a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Return delivery costs
For standard change-of-mind cancellations, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. This cost is not reimbursed. We recommend obtaining a quote from your chosen courier before proceeding.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them), we will issue a full refund of the product price and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days. Refunds are made via the original payment method.
We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminution in the value of the goods if this has resulted from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Described Goods
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match its description, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund.
- After 30 days: you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance, and a refund if these are not possible or are unsuccessful.
In all such cases, we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first — we will arrange the return and provide instructions.
Where possible, please include photographs of any damage when you get in touch. This helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return (or cancellation).
- We will confirm the return address and any specific instructions.
- Pack the item securely and use a tracked service (for change-of-mind returns, at your cost).
- Retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
- Once the goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.
