Battery-Powered Mini Pumpkin Light

The party had lights strung round the doorway and nothing on the table. A table that was, by 8pm, just a table with snacks on it.

String lights cover the edges of a room well and the middle not at all — which leaves the table, the mantel corner, the windowsill dark by default, exactly the spots people actually gather round. Running an extension lead to the centre of a table for one pumpkin isn't really an option.

This one needs no lead. 7x7cm, battery-powered, PVC that won't fade if it ends up in the courtyard rather than indoors — button on, button off, tuck it in any corner that string lights don't reach. Pairs well with light strings or skull ornaments for the fuller haunted-house effect.

The table's not just a table anymore.
